The President-elect called the report from the CIA saying [Russia interfered with the election](http://time.com/4597386/bipartisan-senators-probe-russia-interference/) to help Trump win “ridiculous.” “I think it’s just another excuse. I don’t believe it,” he said. “I don’t know why, and I think it’s just — you know, they talked about all sorts of things.
