Clinton aimed to[ seize the moment](http://time.com/4524409/watch-hillary-clinton-criticize-donald-trump-debate/) as Trump staggered from the[ fallout of a tape](http://time.com/4524010/donald-trumps-lewd-comments-leave-the-gop-scrambling/) released on Saturday exposing him making [degrading comments](http://time.com/4523851/donald-trump-apology-access-hollywood/?xid=homepage) about women, which some people have said amount to an admission of [sexual assault](https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2016/10/09/anderson-cooper-told-trump-that-is-sexual-assault-the-justice-department-agrees/).
