Bill Clinton Parodies Hillary on His Twitter Account

The former president Photoshopped himself into the iconic image of his wife that inspired the "Texts from Hillary" meme

Bill Clinton got into the April Fool’s Day spirit Tuesday by playfully paying homage to Hillary’s Twitter account.

Around midnight Tuesday morning, Bill Clinton’s Twitter account posted a photo of the former president donning dark sunglasses and reading off of what looks to be a large tablet. “I’m following my leader!” the tweet says, nodding to Hillary Clinton’s very similar, and popular, Twitter profile pic.

Hillary’s photo, which was taken by Diana Walker for TIME, went viral in 2012 and prompted the tumblr, “Texts from Hillary.” Her photo shows the former secretary of state looking at her BlackBerry while sporting similar shades.
