During the one-hour forum, [sponsored](http://iava.org/cicforum/) by the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America and presented by [NBC News](http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/msnbc-nbc-news-present-first-ever-commander-chief-forum-n638401), Clinton and Trump will address an audience of veterans and troops. The forum at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum marks the first time both candidates will speak at the same event ahead of the first official [presidential debate](http://time.com/4477608/presidential-debate-moderators-2016/) on Sept. 26. The event, hosted by _Today’s_ Matt Laueer, begins at 8 p.m. EDT in New York City.
