The new flavors, Girl Scouts [tells PEOPLE Food](http://site.people.com/food/girl-scouts-cookies-smores-new-flavor/), will include S’mores — a “crispy graham cookie double dipped in a crème icing and enrobed in a chocolatey coating,” which is vegan, as well as a “crunchy graham sandwich cookie with a chocolate and marshmallowy filling.” Do those both sound a lot like [s’mores in cookie form](http://time.com/3860458/oreo-smores-flavor-taste-test/?iid=sr-link1)? Good, because they’re supposed to; they’re a “nod to the different ways people s’more,” according to a statement, and they’re being announced today in honor of National S’mores Day. It’s also a celebration of 100 years of Girl Scouts selling cookies, and they’re a campfire classic treat, which is a neat confluence of traditions. The cookies won’t be available until 2017, but you can certainly start dreaming of your order now.
