Jason Sudeikis and Will Forte recently sang a duet together as the inseparable brothers on The Last Man on Earth, and they’re also real friends. So rock solid is their friendship, that it makes sense they would take their bromance to the next logical level with an intense power ballad.
On Thursday’s Tonight Show, they locked eyes and hearts for a well-rehearsed “Can’t Fight This Feeling,” and they gave the duet everything they had. The actors started with a friendly handshake, but who are they kidding? What happens next is so passionate that it’s obvious their love for each other is deeper than ever, just like the people in the REO Speedwagon song they sing. Jimmy Fallon gets in the middle of the bromance sandwich and sings along, affording Jason the opportunity to tickle the host’s face, but it’s clear who the real best friends are.
