The 22-year-old singer took a hard fall as he walked off-stage during a concert on Thursday night. This isn’t the first time that music’s enfant terrible has taken a fall during a concert either; he [made headlines in April for eating it](http://time.com/4286001/justin-bieber-concert-stage-fall-fell-slip-slipped/) in pools of water that covered the stage during one of his live concerts.
