The chain has only been operating in Japan since 2006, but Japanese customers are already getting special treatment. Sure, U.S. outposts get all-American doughnut options like the [baseball](https://www.krispykreme.com/doughnuts "undefined") and cherry pie treats currently being offered, but Krispy Kreme locations in Japan just introduced two summer flavors that are not available in the U.S., including a watermelon variety that needs to come stateside ASAP.
