(Or at least, _someone’s_ penis. But like, probably his penis.) A caseworker at Texas Workforce Solutions found the lewd picture alongside a job application in her email inbox, the _Dallas Observer_ [reports](http://blogs.dallasobserver.com/unfairpark/2014/03/police%5Fman%5Fsends%5Fdick%5Fpic%5Fwith.php).
