Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump, who was named one of TIME’s 100 most influential people last week, is set to attend the TIME 100 gala in New York City on Tuesday night, briefly stepping off the campaign trail as results come in from the five states voting Tuesday.
Trump, who is hoping for a sweep in the northeastern states, is also scheduled to host an event Tuesday night at Trump Tower in New York, where he won the primary last week. Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island are all voting Tuesday.
Trump’s rival Ted Cruz, who was also among the TIME 100 honorees, was campaigning in Indiana on Tuesday. John Kasich, the Ohio governor who is also still running for the Republican nomination, was scheduled to attend a fundraiser in Indiana.
