Opera singer Cristina Ramos shocked the judges on Spain’s Got Talent when her melodious classical aria segued into a belting performance of “Highway to Hell.”
Ramos hit the stage dressed in a long black dress to begin the classical movement of her audition. About a minute in, she appeared to be confused when a guitar began playing over her symphonic backup. By the time she ripped her dress aside to reveal a rocker’s outfit, the audience and judges jumped to their feet to hear her lay into the AC/DC hit.
The judges were so impressed by the 37-year-old’s pipes that she was awarded a tap on the Golden Buzzer, meaning Ramos instantly moved on to the next round. Watch her performance above.
