Get ready to lose that extra hour of sleep—[Daylight Saving Time](http://time.com/3695333/daylight-saving-time-wwii/) begins this weekend.

Sunday, March 13 is the day to “spring forward” and turn your clocks ahead one hour at 2 a.m.

Don’t fret, however, as there are [a few tricks to coping](http://time.com/4252688/daylight-saving-time-2016/) with the time change and [there are plenty of things worse for your health](http://time.com/3732046/daylight-saving-time-sleep/) than losing an hour of sleep.

Look on the bright side—this means spring is here and the sun is coming back out from its winter retreat.
