Chris Burrous, an anchor for the Los Angeles news station KTLA, rushed over from his desk to put his jacket around the reporter having this wardrobe malfunction, Liberté Chan. The item was way too big, of course, leading Chan to joke: “Do you have a belt? I could belt it.”
