He’s a 7-year-old dance sensation from the Philippines who’s already appeared on _Ellen_. Twice. Balang’s latest masterpiece is his recreation of the dance routine from Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” [music video](http://time.com/4084131/justin-bieber-sorry/). In just three days, it’s racked up more than 11 million views on Facebook: Come on. This is so good. He’s clearly having the best time. This just might warrant another appearance on _Ellen_.
