In Disney’s forthcoming animated feature _Zootopia_, to be released March 4, Elba lends his voice to Chief Bogo, a Cape buffalo who commands the local police department with a no-nonsense attitude and a proclivity for puns. In this new clip from the movie, the tough-as-nails chief corrals his department to address the mysterious disappearance of the predators. Along with Elba, _Zootopia_ also features the voices of Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, J.K.
