NBC and the Congressional Black Caucus will host the event in Charleston, South Carolina. TIME [will have a live stream available on the web](http://ti.me/1ZxPsJQ), starting at 8pm Eastern. Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Martin O’Malley will once again stake their claim for the Democratic presidential nomination.
