NBC and the Congressional Black Caucus will host the event in Charleston, South Carolina. TIME [will have a live stream available on the web](http://ti.me/1ZxPsJQ), starting at 8pm Eastern. Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Martin O’Malley will once again stake their claim for the Democratic presidential nomination. O’Malley [almost didn’t qualify](http://time.com/4172949/martin-omalley-democratic-debate-poll/) for the debate, while Sanders and Clinton are [embattled in a divided contest](http://time.com/4181307/bernie-sanders-hillary-clinton-ad/) for the [early primary states of Iowa and New Hampshire.](http://time.com/4178322/hillary-clinton-poll-national/) NBC’s Lester Holt will moderate the event, which will take place at the Gaillard Center—not far from the site of the mass shooting at Emmanuel African Methodist Church. Yes, I apologize. We should move on because I don't think the American people are all that interested in this. [ MUSIC ] We're listening to the bickering back and forth. He is becoming ISIS's best recruiter.
