Viewers compared the look to a bad Bieber cut

Channing Tatum walked the red carpet at the Golden Globes Sunday with a new emo hairdo, and his fans were none too happy with the change. Some speculated that Tatum is sporting the sideswept bangs for a role—possibly the X-Men spinoff Gambit in which Tatum stars as the titular superhero. Nonetheless, viewers compared the coif to that of Justin Bieber or an extra in an Avril Lavigne video. Here’s what the Internet had to say:
