The money is going to Education Super Highway, a nonprofit launched in 2012 to help supply broadband Internet to the 21 million students that currently lack it in their schools. “In schools, Internet is critical for enabling something we know leads to better results: personalized learning,” Zuckerberg said in a [Facebook post](https://www.facebook.com/zuck/posts/10102484216546921?pnref=story "undefined") announcing the donation. “One day we’ll connect the world and provide personalized learning for all students, and we’ll keep focusing on this until that happens.” Zuckerberg and Chan have already given $3 million to Education Super Highway back in 2013, according to the [New York _Times_](http://bits.blogs.nytimes.com/2015/11/19/mark-zuckerberg-gives-20-million-to-help-schools-get-faster-internet/ "undefined").
