Yeah. So, it's actually easier than ever to ditch cable and cut the cord and that's sort of for two reason. One there's new services like HBO NOW that make it even easier to get premium shows [ MUSIC ] And there's also devices like this Roku 3 that will get those streaming services onto your TV. What if I do want cable shows? I am a basic cable junkie. I watch shows like AMC's Walking Dead. What should I do? So, AMC is actually part of Sling TV, which is a streaming service that has a number of cable channels on it. Also, TNT. And if you're also a fan of network programming, you can get HULU, which has things like Modern Family and Scandal as well. And what if I like kind of prestige cable, like I want to watch The Wire, other HBO shows, John Oliver. Is there an option for me there? Yeah. So, there's a couple of options. There's a lot of prestige tv. HBO is on Amazon and Netflix right now. So if you get Amazon Prime, you can get Transparent. If you get Netflix, you can get House of Cards. And then, also, Showtime and HBO both have their own streaming services, so you can get Homeland and John Oliver through that. If I'm kind of a cheapskate and I really just want to pay for one service maximum, but I want to watch the Oscars and the Super Bowl, what should I do? So what I recommend for people like that, which, myself included Is get a digital tv antenna, which will give you local and network channels. And then you can also just buy individual tv seasons on Amazon or Itunes. And even though the seasons might cost $ 20 or $ 30 because of the cost of cable is such that it sort of justifies it, even if you're buying Even 10 or 12. Right, then I guess you can rent as well, which is even cheaper. That's right, you can rent movies over iTunes and Amazon. Great, makes you wonder, why doesn't everyone cut the cord? Good question.
