The official video for retired Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield’s song that was recorded in space is out.
“Beyond the Terra,” which Hadfield describes as “my whole life, in a song” was released just a day shy of the 20th anniversary of the astronauts first spaceflight. His new album—made up entirely of songs recorded while he was in space—titled “Space Sessions: Songs From a Tin Can” is out now
Hadfield rocketed to fame when he posted a video of himself playing the acoustic guitar and singing David Bowie’s “Space Oddity.” aboard the International Space Station. That cover will be on the new album.
