Actor Frank Ridley’s phony alter ego promises to deceive voters and sell his office to donors. Although he hasn’t filed with the FEC, he beat Jeb Bush in a New Hampshire straw poll and raised $50,000 last quarter, three times as much as Lincoln Chafee.
