The trio cobbled together lines from newer T. Swift hits like “Shake it Off,” “Blank Space” and “I Knew You Were Trouble,” along with some throwback Swift songs like “I’m Only Me When I’m With You,” to make for one epic scene in the fictional show, _The Bold and the Lyrical_. At one point, Moore and Corden went back and forth with lyrics from “You Belong with Me.” “She wears short skirts,” Corden says. “I wear T-Shirts,” Moore retorts. But James Corden, Julianne Moore, and John Stamos showed us just how theatrical they can be. James, I've been there too a few times. Gotta long list of ex lovers, they'll tell you I'm insane. Sane. [ LAUGH ] Player's gonna play, play, play, play, play. The trio acted out an entire soap opera scene only using T Swift lyrics. Taylor would be so proud. And Late Late Show fans were loving it too. Entertainment Tonight dubbed the bit comedy magic. And a writer for The Week admitted the scene was a fairly impressive feat. Gotta love seeing Taylor Swift's words in action.
