The advertisement, which is going live a week after the New York _Times_ reported the price of a pill skyrocketed from $13.50 to $750 when a hedge fund manager bought the producer, shows Clinton calling for a plan to “crack down” on drug company abuses. “It is time to deal with skyrocketing out-of-pocket costs,” the advertisement shows Clinton saying at a September 21 campaign event. The ad also features a Fox News commentator saying the former hedge fund manager, Martin Shkreli “may be lowering” the price “after Hillary Clinton blasted him out of the water.” The 30-second ad is part of the campaigns ongoing buy in Iowa and New Hampshire.
