Ben Sturner noticed a rainbow that appeared to emanate from One World Trade Center from the terrace of his Queens apartment on Thursday morning, according to [NBC](http://www.nbcchicago.com/news/national-international/World-Trade-Center-Rainbow-Photo-Eve-of-September-11-Ben-Sturner-326532051.html?%5Fosource=SocialFlowFB%5FCHBrand "undefined").
