Some people responded by signing [a petition](http://time.com/3978922/cecil-the-lion-white-house-petition/) to extradite Palmer. Others flooded [his Yelp page](http://time.com/3977190/the-lion-killing-dentist-is-getting-totally-savaged-online/) with negative reviews. (PETA simply called [for his death](http://time.com/3976578/peta-cecil-lion/).) But Karen Anderson, who [calls herself](https://www.facebook.com/pages/Karen-Anderson-Animal-Communicator-Author/62710731536?sk=timeline) an “animal communicator,” responded to all this by getting in touch with the departed lion himself.
