If approved, a LEGO Professorship of Play in Education, Development would be established in October 2015, according to the [_Cambridge University Reporter_](http://www.admin.cam.ac.uk/reporter/2014-15/weekly/6390/section5.shtml#heading2-17). The position would be funded by a £2.5 million (about $4 million) endowment from the LEGO Foundation, which would also be used to create a Research Centre on Play in Education, Development, and Learning (PEDaL) that this LEGO professor would run. In his first adorable act of public duty, baby Prince George joined his parents and several other families for group play date in New Zealand, Wednesday. Eight month old George, Prince William, and Duchess Kate of Cambridge, that's her holding the infant, met 10 other families at Wellington's government house. The massive playdate was organized by Plunkett. A local organization that provides health care and support for new parents. As NBC reports the ten lucky kids who got to play with the future king were all around the same age and come from a range of households. Including single mothers and gay parents. According the the reporters and photographers present at the event. The little prince looked like he was having a blast with his new friends, and he was certainly one of the best dressed too. He wore a simple white T- shirt under a $ 129 Rachel Riley dungarees with a sailboat on the front. George seemed to love all the toys set out for the group and people noted, one onlooker quipped, he was quite a bruiser while playing with the other kids. And he definitely looked tuckered out by the time the event was over. But the adorable play date was just the beginning of the royal family's engagements in the area.
