Joining limited edition flavors like [Cotton Candy](http://greatideas.people.com/2015/04/01/cotton-candy-oreo-target-exclusive/) and [S’mores](http://greatideas.people.com/2015/05/18/smores-oreo-smoreos-new-flavor/), it looks like Brownie Batter Oreos will be the next new flavor to hit shelves. [The A.V. Club](http://www.avclub.com/) spotted the new chocolaty flavor at the [Sweet & Snacks Expo](http://www.sweetsandsnacks.com/) last month and posted a photo to their [Instagram account](https://instagram.com/theavc/). “Spied these Brownie Batter #oreos yesterday at #SSE15, but they’re news to us. New flavors on the way? @oreo,” the outlet captioned [the sneaky photo](https://instagram.com/p/29JUDKydBM/). So what should we expect from these Brownie Batter treats? The cookies appear to have a crème inside that emulates that same great taste you get from licking a bowl full of batter, sandwiched between the traditional chocolate cookies. Though a spokesperson for the brand could not comment on the rumored new flavor, we’re crossing our fingers for an upcoming release date.
