Elizabeth Olsen could have joined Taylor Swift’s inner circle. But instead of bonding with the singer and becoming the next Karlie Kloss, their encounter was so awkward that Olsen still wishes she could shake it off.
The Avengers actress stopped by The Late Late Show With James Corden Thursday night and told the host about a time she ran into Swift at a club. As a huge Swiftie herself—her ballet classes do dance sequences to Swift’s songs—Olsen obsessed over impressing Swift. Instead, she ended up talking at the singer. “I think I blew it because we didn’t exchange phone numbers or anything,” Olsen said. “I’m still nervous thinking about it now.”
