The first four episodes of Game of Thrones season 5 found their way to piracy sites ahead of the HBO show’s return on Sunday night.
Excipio, a piracy-tracking firm, said the episodes are true copies that had been leaked to torrent sites between 9 and 10 p.m. E.T. Saturday night, Variety reports. Excipio, which did not identify the origin of the leak, said the episodes had been downloaded more than 778,000 times by 9 a.m.
Game of Thrones has long been a target for online piracy. With more than 7 million illegal downloads since February, it’s the most pirated show on Earth.
