Waxman Staff Writer Mar 30, 2015 3:19 PM UTC [YouTube user](https://youtu.be/mR6POuFfFNU) “Jen Cardinal” uploaded an ultrasound that appears to show a fetus clapping as the doctor and the baby’s family sing “If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands.” The video has racked up more than 2.4 million views and questions about whether a fetus could really do that.
