Drake Is Going to Be an Art Curator

The rapper will work with Sotheby's on a custom soundtrack for an upcoming exhibit

Drake will help curate the soundtrack for a Sotheby’s exhibit of art by black American artists.

Specifically, he will be composing music visitors will be hear at listening stations throughout the gallery, filled with works for sale by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Nick Cave, Rashid Johnson, Glenn Ligon, Wangechi Mutu, David Hammons, Kara Walker and Kehinde Wiley.

They will be on display at the auction house’s headquarters in New York City from April 28 to June 12.

Sotheby’s called the Grammy-winning rapper “one of the foremost cultural tastemakers today” in a statement.
