Waxman Staff Writer Feb 18, 2015 10:33 PM UTC A hardware store in Bethesda, Md., demonstrated a novel way to plow snow on the street Tuesday morning after a winter storm pummeled the Washington D.C. area. David Goldberg of [Union Hardware](http://www.unionhardware.com/2014/index.shtml) whizzed down the street on this motorized toilet with a snow plow attached — nicknamed “Loo-cy” (it has also gone by [“Loo-Cille”](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROm4Yyyjyug)). He told [WUSA 9](http://www.wusa9.com/story/news/2015/02/17/man-creates-motorized-toilet-to-plow-snow-in-dc/23558013/) he made the contraption for the local pride parade last summer and just tacked on the snow plow recently.
