Haven't Seen All the Best Picture Nominees? Just Watch These Kids Reenacting Them Instead

Feb 03, 2015

The Oscars are coming up on Feb. 22, so time is running out to watch all the films you might have missed. But don't worry, CineFix has recruited a crew of talented youngsters to reenact all movies that earned Best Picture nods.

In a series of short clips, the kids act out scenes from Boyhood, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Theory of Everything and the five other films up for the top award. These succinct vignettes provide the general essence of each one.

Watching this video basically counts as watching all the films, so now you'll have plenty to talk about at your Oscars party. And you'll totally be able to chime in with a "Oh, I hated the ending" or a "the character development simply was not rich enough" when your coworkers gab about their favorite films from the past year.
