Reynolds will be honored for a career that began in the 1950s and includes classic films like _Singin’ in the Rain_, _The Unsinkable Molly Brown_, and _How the West Was Won_. Fisher, her daughter from her marriage to singer Eddie Fisher, is best known for playing Princess Leia in the _Star Wars_ films, a role she is resurrecting for J.J. Abrams’ upcoming sequel.
