Without giving away too many plot details, it’s safe to say that a lot of people die in these movies — 212,470, according to Digg’s estimate. They die by arrows and swords, fire and water, elephants, stampedes and winged creatures. The barrage of mostly faceless deaths is accompanied by a ticker in the corner of the screen, calculating the toll as it rises. Digg has a penchant for death supercuts. Its compilation of [deaths from the _Star Wars_ trilogy](http://time.com/3536665/star-wars-supercut-onscreen-deaths/ "undefined") featured more in the way of lasers and explosions, and proved ten times deadlier than the battles on Middle-earth.
