Rachel Bilson and boyfriend Hayden Christensen welcomed a daughter on Oct. 29, the Associated Press [confirms](http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US%5FPEOPLE%5FBILSON%5F?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2014-11-06-15-08-50 "undefined"). The couple named the baby Briar Rose Christensen. Bilson, who broke out on _The O.C._ and now stars in _Hart of Dixie_, met Christensen on the set of the 2008 film _Jumper_. Christensen is best know for his role as Anakin Skywalker (a.k.a.
