Watch Amy Adams in the Trailer for Tim Burton’s Big Eyes

In Tim Burton’s much-anticipated Big Eyes, Amy Adams and Christoph Waltz play Margaret and Walter Keane, the married couple behind the portraits of children with massive eyes that became massively popular in the 1950s and 60s. The story follows Margaret, the actual painter, as she struggles with her husband, who takes most of the credit for their work.

This will be Burton’s first stab at a true story film since Ed Wood in 1994. The highly-anticipated picture is already in the Academy Awards conversation and is set to hit theaters on Christmas Day.
