The Portuguese footballer recently appeared in a Japanese advertisement for an unusual little product called [Pao Facial Fitness](http://www.mtgec.jp/wellness/pao/#firstPage "undefined"). It requires users to bite down on a winged contraption and then vigorously nod their heads in an attempt to build up cheek strength. Based on the commercial, it seems that users are also encouraged to dance around.
