Jimmy Kimmel loves to invite celebrities to read mean tweets about themselves on his late-night talk show. On Sunday night he asked NBA players to do the honors. Players recited tweets that ranged from light digs — like “Damarcus Cousins is an emotional lesbian” — to some legitimately cruel and profanity-ridden rants.
Some of the athletes simply read the tweets and move on, but others sling back an insult or two. Jeremy Lin, for example, reads the following message: “Jermy lin needs to git the weight room” and swiftly replies, “You need to GIT the spell check.”
