The adult video site Pornhub, one of the world’s biggest porn sites with over 35 million daily users, is planning a U.S. advertising campaign — and it’s calling on its many users for help, Business Insider reports.

The popular porn site is holding an open competition, and whoever comes up with the best idea for a clever, thought provoking and entertaining advertising campaign will get a job in the porn industry — behind the cameras — as Pornhub’s first creative director, on a one-year contract.

The ad campaign has to be safe for work and acceptable for mainstream television, magazines and websites.
