It’s National Pancake Day, which means free buttermilk pancakes at IHOP. If you’re watching your figure, pancakes aren’t exactly the go-to for a well-balanced breakfast. But you may be surprised which pancakes are more caloric. Those Harvest Grain ‘N Nut pancakes aren’t necessarily better for you than buttermilk. And, unsurprisingly, you should probably stay away from the NY Cheesecake pancakes.
